The answer

It is forbidden to open an account in a usurious bank, as is transferring one's salary to it in exchange for services, because it is a loan that brings benefit (Qardh Jarra Naf'an). It is also forbidden to use a Visa card that includes impermissible شرعية elements. Furthermore, any condition for charging interest upon delay is forbidden. Accordingly, this transaction is prohibited, and one must not proceed with it.
