What is the ruling on taking a loan from Al Baraka Bank or Al Salam Bank Algeria?

It is not possible to rule on dealings with the aforementioned banks and others, due to a lack of knowledge regarding their status and the nature of their financing transactions. Islamic banks do not provide interest-free loans (Qard Hasan (definition)); rather, they conduct financing transactions such as Tawarruq, which is permissible according to the majority of scholars, such as the Hanbali school of thought.
