The answer

Depositing money in usurious banks is forbidden, but for one who is forced into it, the sin is on the one who compelled them. The usurious profits (interest) should be spent on the welfare of Muslims, the poor, and the needy. Therefore, if the monthly sum is usurious profit, it is not permissible to spend it on wealthy orphans. However, if they are poor, it is permissible to spend on them according to their needs, and any surplus should be given to other poor people. The orphans must withdraw their money from the usurious bank upon reaching maturity.
