The answer

It is impermissible to transfer one's salary to a usurious bank for the purpose of taking a usurious loan, because this falls under forbidden usury (riba). Improving one's condition and livelihood should not be achieved through what Allah has forbidden. Usury is one of the seven destructive sins for which Allah has threatened war against its perpetrator. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, cursed the one who consumes usury, the one who feeds it, its two witnesses, and its scribe.
