The answer

It is not permissible to benefit from the usurious interest taken from the bank. Whatever remains of it must be given to the needy or spent on public utilities such as paving a road, building a school, or a hospital. It is not permissible to furnish a house from these earnings. They should supplicate frequently for their mother.
