The answer

Trading in stocks is permissible under its conditions. However, dealing with an interest-based bank or its affiliated companies as an intermediary is not permissible as long as there is an alternative from Islamic banks. Muslims must boycott interest-based banks and denounce them to change their system. As for the fixed percentage paid to the office for each buying and selling transaction, the majority of scholars have deemed it impermissible, while the Hanbalis have permitted it.
