If the transactions involve dealing with usurious banks, or a breach of currency exchange regulations, or (excessive uncertainty) and jahalah (ignorance), or Riba (usury), or aiding in it, or other violations, then they are unlawful (). However, if they are free from these matters, then they are permissible ( جائزة).
