The answer

It is permissible to join an employee cooperative society. If some of the members have borrowed the amount they are contributing through an interest-based loan, is it permissible for others to deal with them in it? Scholars have differed concerning money acquired through a legally invalid contract if it is with the consent of the payer; some have prohibited dealing with it, while others have permitted it, and this is the more preponderant view according to us. Therefore, joining the society is not harmed by the presence of individuals who have borrowed a installment they pay with an interest-based loan.
