The answer

The debts of the deceased must be paid from the money he left behind or from his blood money before dividing the inheritance, because paying debts takes precedence over the rights of the heirs and the will. It is not permissible to divide the inheritance except after paying the debts and executing the will. Every heir must return what he took until the father's debts are paid first. If the father did not leave enough to pay his debts, it is desirable for the children to pay them as an act of charity and benevolence on their part.
