The answer

If the discharge of urine drops or prostatic fluid is irregular, you are considered to have incontinence ( سلس - salasil). For the mosque, you should protect yourself with a cloth so as not to contaminate its furnishings. If you fear contaminating the mosque, you are excused from attending prayers there, as the mosque must be kept clean from defilement.
