Does delaying the 'Asr prayer beyond its time – until an hour after the congregational prayer – fall under the scope of the Hadith: "Whoever deliberately abandons the 'Asr prayer, his deeds have been nullified"?

We ask Allah to increase your eagerness for good, and to forgive us and you. You are not included in the hadith (definition): "Whoever misses the 'Asr prayer, his deeds have become null and void," because what is meant by missing the prayer in it is deliberately abandoning it until its time completely expires, and not missing the congregational prayer. Even though the congregational prayer is obligatory according to the most preponderant opinion, not attending the congregation does not invalidate one's deeds; rather, it deprives one of a great reward. You must seek forgiveness if you intentionally miss the congregation without a valid excuse. However, as long as you have prayed 'Asr within its time, it has sufficed you and fulfilled the obligation, and the mentioned threat does not apply to you.
