How can brothers be encouraged to perform the prayer regularly in the mosque, given that the father does not pray in congregation in the mosque?

It is necessary to advise brothers and the father with gentleness and kindness, explaining the importance of prayer in the mosque in a good manner, and that they are missing out on much good by their negligence in maintaining congregational prayers in the mosques. This should be accompanied by mentioning texts that encourage maintaining congregational prayers and warn against laziness in prayer. One should also utilize available means and strive in supplicating for their guidance. Our fatwa (definition) is that congregational prayer is obligatory for adult men, and performing it outside the mosque is sufficient, even if it misses the virtue of going to the mosque.
