The answer

The reward for congregational prayer increases with the number of worshippers, and the steps taken to the mosque are rewarded, no matter how far the distance. Prayer is distinguished between mosques by other matters besides the number, such as the commitment of the imam and the congregants to the and to humility, the straightening of rows, and the presence of study circles. A special virtue for the first row has been mentioned in prophetic narrations, and the first row is that which is directly behind the imam.
