The answer

If a woman asks about the preference between her prayer at home alone and her prayer in the mosque in congregation, then her prayer in her home is greater in reward, because the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Do not prevent your women from the mosques, for their houses are better for them."

However, if she asks about the preference between her praying alone at home and her praying in congregation at home, some scholars have held that congregational prayer for women is recommended.

And if the choice is between performing the prayer alone with lengthy prayer and devotion, and performing it in congregation with short prayer and lack of devotion, then the more probable opinion is that performing it alone is better, because attaining the virtue of devotion and lengthy prayer takes precedence over attaining the virtue of congregational prayer without devotion.
