It is permissible to leave the mosque after Fajr prayer to wake up one's family for prayer, but this forfeits the reward mentioned in the of Hajj and , because one of the conditions for obtaining this reward is to remain in the prayer area until sunrise, and this is not achieved by leaving the prayer area for any reason.
