What is the ruling on a woman praying the eclipse prayer alone in her home?

The Eclipse Prayer is a Sunnah (definition) for both men and women. For women who are in a state where they are prevented from attending congregational prayer (e.g., menstruation or postpartum bleeding), they should perform it in their homes. As for other women, it is preferable for them to perform it with the congregation. It is an emphasized Sunnah (Sunnah Mu'akkadah) whether one is a resident or a traveler. Indeed, Aisha and Asma prayed it with the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him.
