The answer

"The disagreement regarding the obligation of congregational prayer is ancient and permissible. What is -approved by us is its obligation upon the able man who hears the call to prayer. Many of those who consider it obligatory do not stipulate the mosque. It is permissible for those who pray in congregation at home to live together, and they will receive the reward of the congregation. If they pray individually, their prayer is sufficient, and they do not sin according to the opinion that congregational prayer is not obligatory. However, they should be advised on the necessity of performing congregational prayer in the mosque due to the immense reward therein."
