What is the ruling on one who prays in a second congregation while knowing that there is another congregation praying in the same mosque, and do the "two congregations" refer to the first congregation led by the regular Imam?

What is given as a religious ruling (fatwa (definition)) is that it is disliked to have multiple congregational prayers in the mosque at the same time, due to the disturbance this causes. Therefore, it is not appropriate to have multiple congregations simultaneously without a legitimate Shariah reason, as it leads to disunity and possibly causes disturbance. As for a mosque that has a regular imam, it is not permissible to establish another congregation in it at the same time as the imam's congregation.
