Reciting the Quran, remembering Allah (dhikr), and fasting are righteous deeds through which a servant draws closer to Allah and earns abundant rewards. Committing indecency with one's sister is a grave sin, and "whoever commits intercourse with a mahram (definition), kill him." Whoever intends to commit a sin but then abandons it out of fear of Allah, a full good deed is written for him. One who repents from a sin is like one who has no sin. Congregational prayer is obligatory upon a man who has no valid excuse for abandoning it, and whoever stays behind from it is sinful.
