The answer

If you suffer from urinary incontinence, it is more cautious for you to perform ablution (Wudu') for each prayer. As for the Friday prayer, it suffices for you to perform ablution for it when its time enters, with the passing of the sun from its meridian (Dhuhr time), and what is discharged due to incontinence after ablution and before the prayer will not harm you.
