Jumu'ah prayer is not obligatory for you as long as your village does not have a mosque and Jumu'ah is not established there. You must perform Dhuhr prayer in congregation after the . It is not permissible for you to shorten the prayer because the distance is less than the legal distance for shortening prayers (approximately 83 kilometers).
