Jumu'ah prayer is not obligatory for you as long as your village does not have a mosque and Jumu'ah is not established there. You must perform Dhuhr prayer in congregation after the Adhan (definition). It is not permissible for you to shorten the prayer because the distance is less than the legal distance for shortening prayers (approximately 83 kilometers).
