Is it permissible to pray Jumu'ah individually if there is no mosque nearby and one cannot leave one's workplace?

One must strive to attend it, as Allah Almighty says: "O you who have believed, when [the ] is called for the prayer on the day of Jumuʿah, then proceed to the remembrance of Allah and leave trade." However, if work prevents one from performing Friday prayer, one must seek another job that does not conflict with it. If no other job is available, and it is possible to take leave for Friday prayer, then it is obligatory to do so. If none of these options are possible, and attending Friday prayer would result in being fired or a reduction in salary, then it is permissible to miss it, and one should pray Dhuhr instead.
