It is permissible for the congregants to say "Ameen" aloud to the Imam's supplication according to some scholars. There is no harm in raising one's voice with seeking forgiveness after the prayer, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, sought forgiveness three times after his prayer. And daily supplication after the prayers is prescribed after the prescribed remembrances, and there is no harm in raising the hands during it.
