On this day, Adam was created, admitted into Paradise, and expelled from it. On this day, the Hour will be established. Prayers upon the Prophet Muhammad are abundant on this day. Among its virtues is the Friday prayer, which is considered the best of prayers, and the Fajr prayer in congregation on this day is the best prayer of the week. Whoever dies on this day or its night will be protected by Allah from the trial of the grave.
