What is the ruling on performing Friday Prayer in an office cubicle?

Friday Prayer is not valid when performed in an office room, following an Imam who is not present in the same room with the worshippers. However, if the Imam and the entire congregation are all in the same office room, then the prayer is valid, provided all other conditions for validity are met.
