Reciting a or what is easy of the Quran after Al-Fatiha in prayer is a in Fajr (dawn prayer) and Jumu'ah (Friday prayer), and in the first two rak'ahs of all prayers. The proof for this is the action of the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, as narrated in the of Abu Qatadah. As for the third and fourth rak'ahs, it is preferable to limit oneself to Al-Fatiha therein.
