The answer

Committing to saying "Jumu'ah Mubarakah" (Blessed Friday) after Jumu'ah is an innovation (bid'ah) for which we know no from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, or his companions, especially if done as an act of worship and with the belief that it is sunnah, due to his, peace and blessings be upon him, saying: "Whoever introduces into this matter of ours that which is not from it, it will be rejected." However, if a Muslim says it to his brother occasionally, without believing in its permanence or committing to it, then perhaps there is no harm in it. Nonetheless, refraining from it is better so that it does not become like an established sunnah.
