What is the ruling on the second Friday prayer in Tunisia, is it an innovation, and if I miss the first Friday prayer, should I pray the second one or pray Dhuhr at home?

The time for the Friday prayer extends from the sun's zenith until the beginning of the Asr prayer time. It is preferable to perform it at the beginning of its time. If someone misses the first Friday prayer, whether due to an excuse or not, and finds another Friday prayer being held before the time expires, he must pray with them. Therefore, consistently performing the Friday prayer at the end of its time is contrary to the Sunnah (definition).
