Missing Friday prayer is a major sin. Whoever misses three Friday prayers due to negligence, Allah will seal his heart. Your wife's brothers must repent to Allah Almighty, and you both should remind them of the seriousness of their actions and continuously advise them. If they do not respond, there is no sin upon you. There is no harm in leaving your wife and daughter with them if they are safe.
