The answer

The first Friday prayer performed in Medina was before the Prophet’s migration, when As'ad ibn Zurarah gathered people for it in Hazm an-Nabit, and their number was forty men. As for the first Friday prayer the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, prayed in Medina after the migration, it was in Bani Salim ibn Awf, in the mosque in Wadi Ranuna, after he departed from Quba on a Friday.
