The question

What is the ruling on saying "Sami'a Allahu liman hamid" (Allah hears him who praises Him) without pronouncing the "ha" (هـ), and does doing so invalidate the prayer according to the four madhhabs?

The answer

Omitting the "ha'" of the silent pause (Hā’ al-Saktah) from "Hamdih" (Praise Him) during the tasmi' (saying "Sami'a Allahu liman hamidah" - Allah has heard those who praise Him) does not change the meaning. The prayer is valid even with its omission, because the tasmi' is a and not a pillar (rukn).
