Are supererogatory prayers to be made up outside the times when [prayer is] forbidden?

The Shafi'is and Hanbalis are of the view that it is recommended to make up for supererogatory prayers that are tied to a specific time, such as the two Eid prayers and the regular sunnah (definition) prayers. This is in contrast to the Hanafis and Malikis, who hold the view that they are not to be made up, with the exception of the sunnah prayer of Fajr. As for absolute supererogatory prayers, they are not to be made up according to all scholars.
