Does the Hadith about the Duha prayer, which suffices for the 360 charity acts for the joints of the body, indicate its obligation or that whoever does not pray it has not rendered thanks for their day? And what should one do if they missed it and wish to give these 360 charity acts? And would reciting Tasbeeh and Tahleel 360 times, in addition to the daily and nightly remembrances, be sufficient for them?

The Duha prayer is a confirmed Sunnah (definition) (prophetic tradition), not an obligation. The evidence for its Sunnah status is the hadith (definition) narrated by Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) in Sahih (definition) Muslim: "Upon every joint of one of you there is charity every day the sun rises. Every tasbeehah (saying 'Subhan Allah') is a charity, every tahmeedah (saying 'Alhamdulillah') is a charity, every tahleelah (saying 'La ilaha illallah') is a charity, every takbeerah (saying 'Allahu Akbar') is a charity, enjoining good is a charity, and forbidding evil is a charity. And two rak'ahs of Duha prayer suffice for that." This hadith indicates the virtue of Duha prayer, and that its two rak'ahs suffice for 360 charities, corresponding to the number of joints in the body. For anyone who misses the Duha prayer, it suffices to perform 360 acts of tasbeeh, tahmeed, tahleel, enjoining good, and forbidding evil. Some scholars permit making up the Duha prayer.
