The answer

Allah commanded the establishment of prayer at its appointed times, saying: "Indeed, prayer has been decreed upon the believers a timed ordinance." The time for prayer extends from its beginning to its end, and it is ample for its performance, with the early part of the time being superior. It is not permissible to delay prayer beyond its time except for an excuse such as sleep or forgetfulness. If it is difficult for a sick person to perform each prayer at its specific appointed time, they have a concession to combine two prayers (Dhuhr and Asr, and Maghrib and Isha) either by advancing them (jama' taqdim) or delaying them (jama' ta'khir), depending on what is easier for them. They should pray Fajr at its appointed time.
