Is it permissible to perform Salat al-Hajah (the Prayer of Need) to seek marriage to a specific person, and what are the recommended times for it?

Salat al-Hajah (definition) (the Prayer of Need) is legislated, and it is permissible for a woman to pray it and ask Allah to facilitate her marriage to a specific person, with the preference that she ask Allah to choose what is best for her, for Allah knows best what is most beneficial for a human being. If the matter becomes difficult, it might be for her good, as Allah Almighty says: "And it may be that you dislike a thing which is good for you, and that you like a thing which is bad for you. Allah knows but you do not know."
