Is the daily collective remembrance (dhikr) in the mosque after the dawn prayer, including "Ya Latif" (O Gentle One) 100 times, an innovation (bid‘ah)?

The "Hizb al-Fallah" (Lit. "Party of the Farmer"), which the people of your mosque use, is from the litanies (awrad) of the Shadhili Sufi order. It contains various forms of innovations (bid'ah) because it occupies people with litanies and forms of remembrance (dhikr) that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, did not legislate. No one introduces an innovation but that he abandons an equivalent or greater portion of the Sunnah (definition).

The followers of this order fall into innovation from several aspects: 1. Inventing a litany that is not sanctioned by the prophetic Sunnah. 2. Persisting in congregational dhikr. 3. Designating a specific time (daily after the Fajr prayer) without authorization from the Shari'ah. 4. Adhering to the remembrance of Allah Almighty by the singular name (e.g., "Allah, Allah"), which contradicts the way the remembrance of Allah has been authentically reported.
