It is permissible to combine the Maghrib and Isha prayers due to rain or snow that wets clothes. The majority of scholars hold that there is no for Isha when it is combined with Maghrib on a night of combination; rather, one adhan is called before Maghrib, and both prayers are performed. They based this on the action of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, at Muzdalifah and Arafat.
