We ask Allah to grant you healing. We advise you to relieve yourself in a natural way. If you doubt that urine has exited, do not pay attention to it. If you are certain, then repeat (washing the private parts) and wudu (ablution). If this is difficult, you may follow the Maliki school of thought, which facilitates the removal of impurity that exits involuntarily once a day. You would only perform wudu when you are certain that the urine flow has stopped. Taking advantage of scholarly concessions when there is a need is permissible.
