Is it permissible for a Muslim to perform ablution and pray with semi-continuous excrement issuing from him with every obligatory prayer, and is his prayer valid in this case, and is the fundamental principle in religion hardship or ease, and what is the evidence for the acceptance of his prayer?

If stool continues to be discharged, its place must be washed and tied with a cloth to prevent its spread, then one should perform ablution (wudu') and pray. This is what Ibn Qudamah mentioned in "Al-Mughni".

Ablution is obligatory for every prayer according to the majority of scholars. However, if this is difficult, it is permissible to adopt the view of the Malikis, who do not oblige the person suffering from continuous discharge (sahib al-salas) to perform ablution unless another defiling event occurs, for religion is ease.
