Praise be to Allah, who has enabled you to repent from this habit. It is impermissible for you to look at (forbidden) images. What you have mentioned is not an excuse that permits you to look at what Allah has forbidden, for Allah Almighty says: "Tell the believing men to reduce [some] of their gaze and guard their private parts. That is purer for them. Indeed, Allah is Acquainted with what they do."

As for urine drops: When you relieve yourself, place a tissue on the organ to prevent the spread of impurity to your clothes, then perform ' (ritual washing) and wudu' (ablution) for prayer after the urine flow has ceased.
