What is the evidence for the permissibility of combining greeting the mosque (tahiyyat al-masjid), the Sunnah of ablution (wudu'), and the supererogatory prayer between the two calls to prayer (nafilah ma bayna al-adhanayn) in two rak'ahs with a single intention from the Sunnah, and what are the sayings of the jurists, especially the Malikis?

Whoever performs ablution and then enters the mosque after the Adhan (definition) (call to prayer) may pray two rak'ahs with the intention of greeting the mosque (Tahiyyat al-Masjid), the Sunnah (definition) of ablution, and the supererogatory prayer between the two Adhans, and he will receive the reward for all three Sunnahs. The Malikis have stipulated that the obligatory prayer (Fard) takes the place of greeting the mosque, and that the two rak'ahs of the morning (Raghibah) suffice for greeting the mosque. So, whoever comes to the mosque after the Fajr Adhan prays two rak'ahs with the intention of the Raghibah, and it takes the place of the greeting.
