What is the ruling on praying in a street that has four mosques, each with a different Qibla, knowing that there are fatwas which permit a slight approximation in the angle of the Qibla, and that these mosques are widely divergent in their Qibla directions?

If the directions of the mihrabs (prayer niches) in a single mosque differ, then some of them are incorrect. The qibla (definition) of mosques containing this error must be corrected. The correct qibla can be determined using a compass and modern tools, as well as by the North Star (pole star) and the positions of the sun and moon. Those responsible for these mosques should be enlightened to correct the mihrabs that deviate from the correct qibla.
