The answer

The prayer is valid if its pillars and conditions are fulfilled, and committing a sin does not affect it. So, whoever enters a country illegally, his prayer is valid, due to the generality of the Prophet's (PBUH) saying: «The earth has been made for me a place of prostration and a means of purification, so any man of my Ummah, wherever the time of prayer overtakes him, should pray.» This case differs from praying on usurped land, which some scholars have deemed invalid. A Muslim must avoid cheating and forgery, based on the Prophet's (PBUH) saying: «He who cheats us is not of us,» and to avoid exposing oneself to unbearable tribulation.
