The ruling concerning travel ceases for anyone who reaches their destination and intends to reside there for four full days, and the rulings of residency are then established for them. Thus, it is not permissible for them to avail themselves of any of the concessions of travel. This ruling applies to students and employees if they intend to reside for four days or more at their place of study or work.
