It is permissible to avail oneself of the concessions for travel while en route (shortening prayers, combining prayers, breaking the fast, not being obliged to attend Friday prayer). Upon arriving at the workplace, if the duration of stay is four days or more, you are considered a resident from the first day, and you are obliged to complete the prayers, fast, and attend Friday prayer. The small size of the room does not affect this ruling.
