For the traveler, it is permissible to combine the Dhuhr and Asr prayers, either by performing them earlier (jam’ taqdeem) or later (jam’ ta’kheer), with one and two iqamahs. So, he gives the adhan, then performs the for Dhuhr and prays it, then performs the iqamah for Asr and prays it.
