The answer

If what exits from you reaches the level of سلس ( سلس البول: incontinence), then there is no blame upon you in combining Maghrib and Isha, as it is permissible for a person afflicted with سلس to combine the two prayers. If it is not سلس, then you must pray Maghrib before its time expires. Leaving the house is not an excuse for abandoning prayer; for prayer is not conditioned upon being in a house or a mosque, and you can purify yourself and pray anywhere before the time expires. And if you combine prayers sometimes without making it a habit, there is no blame upon you when difficulty (حرج) is present.
