What is the ruling on one who does not shorten the prayer when traveling? May Allah reward you.

Whoever completes the prayer while traveling, their prayer is valid. However, it is better to shorten it, taking advantage of Allah's concession, for Allah loves that His concessions be observed, just as He loves that His firm commands be observed.
