The answer

The time for reading the last two verses of Surat Al-Baqarah is at night, based on the Prophet's (PBUH) saying: "The two verses at the end of Surat Al-Baqarah, whoever recites them at night, they will suffice him." Another narration states that their recitation is after the 'Isha prayer. As for the evening remembrances (adhkar), they begin from the zenith until midnight. If someone recites the evening adhkar before nightfall, they should not include the last two verses with them. However, after nightfall, there is no harm in combining them.
