How can one indirectly help a sister who does not pray and is unfamiliar with ruqyah, with marriage and ruqyah?

We advise the questioner to fear Allah and to supplicate frequently for the facilitation of affairs, especially during times when prayers are answered, such as the time of Sahar (pre-dawn), between the Adhan (definition) and Iqamah (definition), and on Friday after Asr. Whoever fears Allah and increases in supplication, remembrance, seeking forgiveness, and performing voluntary prayers, Allah will ease their affairs and provide for them from where they do not expect. Salat al-Hajah (definition) (the prayer of need) has been mentioned in some Sunan, but no specific du’a or particular verses have been reported for achieving the stated purpose.
